Unless you monsters with extra long arms, is nothing more than a bundle of a short arm and long arm (like a 2x4) with a pin (like a tube) into a position as high as the long arm. The short arm has a lot of weight on and hung on the long arm has a hook shape so that the loop be loaded on.
